This is what my each 4 minutes sketch looks like. But it was a process to think about the circulation and the scale of the dwellings. I have taken this to the next phase and tested this idea in to more realistic scale of drawings with area calculation attached to each room
NOTEs:
The numbers in the left corner of boxes indicates the ID of the structural framing or the core of the foundation. Seeing a duplicate number in the next dwelling type indicates the reuse/relocation of the framing to function the space differently.
The grids are equally spaced 1500mm

Next I will be refining my ideas into more detail. I will be taking a three bedroom as an example to show plan, section and elevation by adding furnitures and fixings to show the scale of the dwelling.
